*This is part of my 52 Saturdays Project

I have work Mondays to Fridays, and Sundays are spent in church, so Saturday becomes my obligatory errands day. Husband has classes on these days; and while I’m a little bummed about him not being around on the only whole day of the week I get to spend at home, I have to admit, the solitude is also good for me. (Truth is, I feel like I can accomplish more house chores when he’s not around. Hah!)

So I try to do as much as I can while he’s in school,

until he comes home from school to have lunch with me.

After lunch, he leaves again for his afternoon classes.

I like keeping our door open and letting a little sunshine in when I’m cleaning the house. One Saturday, while I was busy dusting off shelves in the living room, husband’s cat found its way inside our bedroom.

I took photos because it was a cute little moment, and because I wanted to show the husband what his cat, Ashley, was up to. After that, the cat was grounded, and you bet that’s the last time he would ever see the light of day get inside our bedroom. Sorry, kitty.

Husband wants to make our cat grow this fat, Ashley’s face seems too tiny! I read somewhere that siamese cats are naturally thin and skinny, is that true? I don’t like cats, but I like giving in to my husband’s interests. He’s adorable when he’s into something, and I’m a helpless wife who just couldn’t resist. So please help me make my husband happy.. how can we make this cat fat?

I’m serious.

Anyway, I’m excited for Saturdays! One down, 51 more. This is bound to be fun.
