Which reminds me, I have to watch TVS again :)

TTW is a great read. But if you've seen the movie first before the book, I guess it'll kind of ruin it :( I have this rule of not reading books after I've seen the movie adaptation. Unless it's really good. I would've appreciated TTW if it was a science fiction and they explained Henry's genes rearranging in time.

I have to agree that TTW movie is one of the rare adaptation that is better (or as cool) as the book. I love the book when I read it years back but I must agree with you that it's quite confusing. The movie is much better and Rachel is the bomb (can't see a trace of Regina George! hehe!).

AWTR - I loved the book, didn't like the movie so much when I first watched it. Like you, I cried buckets in the book (and still do when I re-read some parts), and the book is just way more spiritual than the movie. Jamie in the movie seemed a bit sarcastic, and it kind of turned me off. However when I watched AWTR again just recently, I found myself shedding some tears. Huh.

TVS - I agree with the movie and book! It's not exactly a book I'd gush over, but it's good, and it made me think and the writing is very, very unique. The movie was almost accurate. :D

And because of all that rave about TTW, I will definitely watch it. The trailer had me teary-eyed! I don't know if it's just the background music (Broken by Lifehouse!), but I think it will definitely make me appreciate the book more. The book was just so-so to me.

Oh another book-movie that looked absolutely different: Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist! The book made my head ache with all the cuss words. The movie, however, was charming. :)

I agree with almost everything in this post! AWTR novel is so much better than the film (which reminds me i just bought a new copy this week because your "old friend" never returned my old copy!!!); PS I Love You book sucked! TTTW movie is better than the book; and the TVS movie adaptation is almost accurate.

I'm still waiting for Henry to appear... I miss him. Sigh. haha!
